Hello everyone! I'm so excited to be part of the mental health team here at North and to get to know your student! I have experience working substance use and mental health. I use a trauma-informed and strengths-based lens to influence my work with students. I love to get outdoors to hike and paddleboard with my dog and fiancé. I also like to travel locally and internationally and I've been skydiving twice (and survived)!
