We are so excited to have students back in person. It is essential that we work with each other to keep each other safe, so please make sure to follow the expectations below.
HEALTH SCREEN BUILDING ENTRY - Before entering the building, all students must show proof of a completed health screen: https://tinyurl.com/NHSHealthScreenStudent
HALL PASSES - If you need a pass for the restroom or any other purpose during class, you must SIGN IN AND SIGN OUT WITH THIS FORM.

HEALTH SCREEN - Student health screen completed with honesty and integrity each day at home
MASKS - Mask wearing is mandatory for all students and staff at all times over nose and mouth
DISTANCING - Must maintain 6 feet of physical distancing from others (3 ft in classroom with use of seating chart)
DIRECTIONAL HALLWAYS - One-way hallway movement in narrow hallways and stairwells
DESIGNATED ENTRANCES - All students will be checked in upon arrival to their designated entrance
SEATING CHARTS - Students must follow seating charts in each of their classrooms
TARGETED CONTACT IDENTIFICATION - We will closely monitor which individuals students are in close contact with anyone with COVID
TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION - If you know of anyone with COVID or there is any information that needs to be shared, please share immediately with a North staff member or call the main office at 720.423.2700.
