Congress

Congress is an individual and team debate event. In congress, students simulate a real congress session where representatives present, question, attack, or defend pieces of legislation called bills. Students may compete by themselves, or form alliances with students on their own or other teams. Congress is the only debate event where students choose the topics by writing their own bills.
