DPS Management (DPSM) supports supervisors, managers, directors, assistant principals and deans to hone their leadership skills, influence and engage those they lead, facilitate change and develop a performance-based, team culture. Participants in DPSM engage in 6 weekly workshops (not including the Kick Off and Graduation celebration) dedicated to leadership training, creating effective teams, equity practices, mentoring and implementing continuous improvement.
DPS Leadership (DPSL) is based on the Leadership Challenge Workshop by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. Participants will deeply examine the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership and use the Leadership Practices Inventory (a 360 feedback tool) as a way to identify the frequency in which they engage in their leadership practices.
DPS Teams is a 3-day, 2-night values-based leadership experience designed for intact school leadership and central office teams of 5-12 people. DPS Teams supports building strong teams by providing the time, space, skills and tools for teams to begin developing high-performing cultures.
All DPS employees have access to a comprehensive wellness program that supports their physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and financial well-being. To learn more or to register for a workshop or webinar, please here.
