Team Members

All members of the team work together to provided individualized supports for each student. 

Casemanagers, Job Coaches, and Support Providers are all employees of Denver Public Schools. 

Community Partners vary based on the needs of students.

The Colorado Initiative for Inclusive Higher Education, Denver Parks & Rec, Colorado State University EFNEP, Atlantis Community, Guided by Humanity, REVEL and more.
