Mrs. Crossingham
Greetings! My name is Sarah Crossingham. This is my 9th year teaching social studies and my 3rd year at DMS. I grew up Missoula, Mont., and decided to venture to North Dakota when I graduated high school to continue my softball career. I completed my first year of undergrad at Jamestown College and then transferred to Dickinson State University where I graduated with Bachelor of Science Composite Social Science and Secondary Education. I started my teaching career in the rural community of Wishek, N.D. In 2017, I was honored by winning the Gilder Lehrman North Dakota History Teacher of the Year. In 2018-19, I had the privilege of sitting on the North Dakota Social Studies Standards Committee. I am currently completing a plan of study for Educational Leadership at North Dakota State University.
I am married to my wonderful husband Ryan and have two amazing children, Beckett (5) and Harper (3). In my spare time I love to read, bake bread, garden, bike, and binge watch shows on Netflix.
