General Information

Our coffee shop and café will be open for students and advisors to purchase drinks and breakfast items. (Cash or Credit Cards Accepted)

All chaperones and advisers are assigned a duty the day of the event. All chaperones and advisers MUST be in attendance the day of the event (even if you have students not show up, your chaperones must) or chapters may be disqualified. Have a backup chaperone or adviser ready to go.

Voting Delegates: If you registered someone as a voting delegate who is not going to be in attendance the day of the event, you will need to notify someone at our registration table the day of the event so we can adjust the roster. Each chapter should have 2 voting delegates.

We cannot accommodate all schools trying to eat at once, so there are assigned lunch times with an activity opposite your lunch. Please adhere to the scheduled times. Also, we will need all of our lunch tables so please make sure your members bring their belongings with them throughout the day so we have places for everyone to eat.

Lunch options: Mac & Cheese or Chicken Alfredo Rotini, Garlic Bread, Salad, Lemonade (There are two sides to the serving tables make sure to utilize them to help the line go faster). If a student has other specific needs, they may want to consider packing a lunch.

Speaking schedules and Adviser assignments will be posted a few days prior to the conference. Please note that we have over 450 students to schedule for and cannot accommodate specific requests for presentation times. 

Awards: If you have students NOT in attendance for awards, please send another student up in their place. HOWEVER, make sure the student knows which event they are going up on stage for because we don't keep track of student names backstage.

If you are not planning on staying for awards, remember there is a fee for us to box your medals up and deliver or ship them to you. Payment can be made online through Blue Panda.

Certificates for award winners will be available for advisers to personalize and print after the conference via this website. Competitor rankings and scores will also be available sometime AFTER the conference. This will include ratings sheet from judges as all judging will be online this year.
