Each chapter can cast up to two (2) votes for the candidate they feel will best represent the region on the State Executive Board.

Three Goals You Would Like to Accomplish: If I were to be elected as Region 1 VP, I would encourage chapters to increase their community service by giving them ideas for community service projects. I would push for advisor, member communication because sometimes things do not get communicated as they should be. And most importantly, I would support chapter growth. I would help smaller chapters build their own, and give them ideas on how to recruit new members.
How Can the High School Division Offer a Differentiated Experience: The high school division can offer a differentiated experience because they give real world opportunities. You get to network with other students from different schools. They give leadership opportunities, professional skills development, and competitive events that often show real life career opportunities. In FBLA, members gain more experience than being in the typical classroom.
How Can the High School Division Expand Membership Outreach: The high school division can expand membership by highlighting all of the things that FBLA has done to help others. Show others what FBLA has to offer and how FBLA can help you grow as a person. Use student ambassadors, push people to visit other chapters to talk about FBLA and their experiences. Strengthen the social media presence, highlight specific activities, don’t just post about what Wisconsin FBLA does, highlight small chapters, and show what they do.
How Can We Improve Capacity and Capabilities to Lead as a CTSO: FBLA can improve capacity and capabilities by encouraging chapter collaboration; for example, local chapters can get together and plan a community service event or a fundraiser. Expanding access to skill-building opportunities, have more webinars, conferences, and leadership camps to involve all members to participate. Track member participation, send out surveys asking other members and chapter what to do to make FBLA better. Expand career and college opportunities, ask more people to come in and talk about why it is important to network and participate.
