Learning Target: Practice technical writing communication through regular project updates and practice connecting/synthesizing your learning across the rotations at the DPEA.
Product Target: Write a unit portfolio post that provides a technical project update and connects/synthesizes what you did/learned.
Submission Requirements:
Project Update that provides a technical overview of progress made on your final project
300-400 words total
4 total images
Pictures reflect professionalism
Images should have brief captions
Brief caption example: “Figure 1: CAD drawing of my die”
Images must be referred to in your writing as examples
Use appropriate bolded and blue key terms from the spaces you are writing about
Connections/Synthesis reflection about what you did/learned and how it connects to earlier learning/experiences in (or outside) the DPEA.

Submit the Unit Portfolio Post as an HTML to the correct Canvas assignment prior to the due date.

Unit Portfolio Resubmission Guidelines
To qualify for a resubmission, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:
2) The orginal submission must have been submitted on time.
3) The self-assessment must have been done, with comments, with the orginal, on time submission.
4) Students MUST highlight the changed/updated content.
5) The resubmission must be posted to Canvas within 5 calendar days of it being graded.
Conditions:
1) If a Unit Portfolio is due within 5 days or less of the final term due date, you may not resubmit regardless of any other above criteria.
2) You may only make one resubmission per unit portfolio assignment.
3) You may only improve your score up to a Level 3 (at standard) per rubric assignment catagory. (e.g. Any rubric area could go from a Level 1 or 2 up to a Level 3, but any rubric area already at a Level 3 will not go up to a Level 4.)
