Dear Parents and Carers,

Term three marks another opportunity for students to develop independence and critical thinking skills. The following projects and diocese initiatives will be a major focus with extensive support in the classroom as well as support required at home:

Weeks 1-3 Solar System Diorama

Weeks 1-5 CDF Public Speaking Competition

Weeks 4-10 Natural Phenomena Website development

Weeks 1-10 Planning and preparation for The Diocese Christmas Story Art Competition

The school will endeavour to support your child with resources but there will be occasions where your child may choose to extend or add creative flair to their work and your support in helping them to gain access to particular resources would be appreciated. Expectations will be emailed to parents once students have been

introduced to their tasks.
