In preparation for the upcoming NAPLAN exams, you will need to ensure that your laptops are up to date by completing the following steps:

• Open Managed Software Centre on your laptop and install all updates, including operating system updates. This can be done at home to minimise the impact on your lessons at school.

• An update will fail if there isn't enough storage on your laptop. The update will require 35gb of storage. This can be checked by clicking on the "Apple logo" on the top left, then "About this Mac" and then clicking the "Storage' tab. If this is the case you will need to delete unnecessary files and empty the trash to free up some space.

• Once this has been done you can then run the update again.

If you are still having problems you will need to come to the IT Office THIS WEEK to have your laptop software updated.
