Application and selection process

STEP 1: Join the Google Classroom (code: a2sqvbg5)

STEP 2: Attend the Parent Information Night (Wednesday 26th August, 5.45pm in the CLC)

STEP 3: After this information session, the Expression of Interest Form will open via Google Forms - applications are due by Wednesday 2nd September. All applicants will be considered and a final group will be selected by the school.

STEP 4: If your application is shortlisted you will be required to attend an informal panel interview in Week 7, Term 3 to determine your suitability for the Immersion program.

STEP 5: If successful you will be offered a place to participate in the Immersion program. To accept you are required to pay a non-refundable $500 deposit - details regarding payment will be made available to families at this time.

Please note: Students must also provide a copy of their passport - there must be six months validity after return travel date.

Expectations:

Participating in the Immersion program requires a commitment from students and parents/caregivers:

Students must attend all preparation sessions (after school, twice per term).
Students and parents/caregivers attend formal information sessions when requested (3 times over the year).
Students must demonstrate exemplary behaviour throughout the year in accordance with school expectations.
Instalment payments must be made and the immersion paid in full by the final due date.
