Teacher Bio

Hello, and welcome to 6th Grade.  My name is Mrs. VanAntwerp, but you can call me Mrs. Van!

This is my twenty-third year as a Dover Public School teacher. Throughout my career, I have taught grades Kindergarten, third, fifth and sixth.  I've taught at North Dover Elementary, Academy Street Elementary and now the Dover Bridge Academy!

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Education in Language Arts Literacy, both from William Paterson University. I also just completed by ESL Certification through Centenary University. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me spending time with my daughters Sophia and Eliza, watching their sports, coaching track in the spring, and hiking with our dog, Ripley.
