All students are required to have the abstract form as part of their application packet for the regional fair. All forms for GSEF must be typed on the fillable forms and printed.
If using human participants of any type (survey, taste test, etc...) you will need 1 approval form (below) per project and 1 signed consent from each human participant (see sample below) in your study
