Process Owner - Resource Allocation Manager
1) PM sends weekly performance reports to Resource Allocation Manager
2) For new joiners, the organisation will provide a month's time to settle and understand our environment and work culture.
3) If any employee's performance is low or below expectations for consecutive 2 weeks, the resource allocation manager along with PM will have a performance review call at the end of the month.
4) If any assistance is required, the resource allocation manager will assign a mentor and the employee will be under review for the next 2 weeks.
5) By 3rd week, we will review the performance and plan for the next steps. If the employee improves his performance, he/she will continue with the project.
6) If the employee's performance still does not improve, the employee is asked to look for other opportunities.
The organization will support employees financially for 2 weeks or till month-end or it can be immediate relieving based on the employee's code of conduct.
