Performance Review & Appraisal Process :
1) doodleblue follows a yearly appraisal cycle. An HR from the RGT team will reach out to an employee for a yearly performance review meeting once he/she completes a year with doodleblue. The initial call with employee is all about feedback, suggestions and expectations on their increment.
2) A final call will be scheduled with the respective delivery heads, in which salary discussions are finalised.
3) The new appraised salary will be effective from the date of joining
4) Salary increments, annual bonuses and incentives shall be at the sole discretion of the company and will be largely dependent on performance and market standards.
5) Please note as per doodleblue's updated policy, in case of taking the decision of moving out of doodleblue within 6 months after the appraisal period, the hike will be revoked.
6) During the notice period, the last drawn salary for last year will be provided without this year's appraisal amount. The cumulative appraisal amount will be deducted from the salary in the notice period.
