Transfer Form may be obtained with Campus Secretary (Transfer Forms must be submitted and approved by both campus Principals by tryout week - *turn in copy of APPROVED transfer form to director prior to auditioning for the team.
ALL FORMS ARE HARD COPY AND CAN BE FOUND ON TRYOUT PACKET GIVEN AT MEETING.
IF YOU NEED A TRYOUT PACKET, YOU MAIN PICK ONE UP AT VETERANS MIDDLE SCHOOL BY APRIL 22.
