Our History

The VMS Dance Team was established in 2008, under the direction of Mrs. Karla Uvalle.

In 2009, Ms. Medrano was hired as the VMS Dance Director. The Dance Team competed under her direction as the Veterans Middle School Dance Team, winning several awards in 2010. During the end of 2010, the Veterans Middle School Dance Team transitioned its name to the Veterans Middle School Dancerettes, name given by their Director Ms. Medrano.
