To ensure that safe controls and procedures are followed in each classroom in relation to each of the following:
o Classroom supervision
o Classroom Housekeeping & Storage
o Access-Egress / Evacuation
o Prevention of Slips, Trips and Falls
o Working Environment & Maintenance
o Electrical: Prevention & Reporting
o Maintenance
o First Aid Equipment
o Accident Reporting
Controls outlined in the Safe Classroom Procedures document are taken from designated Risk Assessments contained within the Donegal ETB Safety Handbook (2012 & revised 2019) and communicated to staff through Risk Assessment process and are therefore considered Donegal ETB Policy.
