All presentations will be in-person

All presenters must submit a presentation abstract description of no more than 300 words

Presentation formats can be either research posters or oral presentations 

Students must have permission from their faculty advisor before submitting their presentation description​

The presentations, including time for Q&A, will be 15 minutes, with 5 minutes between presentations. 

All presentations will be in-person, and a moderator will give a 3-minute and 1-minute warning. 

Please be prepared and arrive early for your presentation. 

Allow for time to set up your presentation slides and any other supporting materials.
