All presentations will be in-person
All presenters must submit a presentation abstract description of no more than 300 words
Presentation formats can be either research posters or oral presentations
Students must have permission from their faculty advisor prior to submitting their presentation description

Oral Presentation Tips
The presentations, including time for Q&A, will be 15 minutes, with 5 minutes between presentations.
All presentations will be in-person presentation will have a moderator who will give a '3 minute' and '1 minute' warning.
Please be prepared and arrive early for your presentation.
Allow for time to set up your presentation slides and any other supporting materials.
Virtual audience will be enabled for most presentations with only one-way communication; no Q&A will be on for virtual audience via Zoom and no recording of presentation(s).
