"I am a second year student at Dominican University of California, interested in declaring a double major in Political Science and History. I am also interested in a minor in Communications and Media Studies or Community Action and Social Change. In my time here at Dominican, I have engaged with the Communications and Media Studies Department, creating podcasts and integrative videos.

I am also in the Honors Program with a cumulative GPA of 3.81 and work as a Peer Mentor for first year students."

Jiramanee (Manee) Apiwansri

"I am currently attending Dominican University of California as a full-time Nursing student with a psychology minor. I am also part of Dominican's Honors program and a peer mentor for first-time Dominican students. I anticipate to graduate in Spring of 2022. After, I plan to obtain work experience in a hospital setting for two years and then continue onto a Master's program to become a Nurse Practitioner.

I am originally from San Francisco, California and graduated from Lowell High School in June of 2018. At Lowell High School, I maintained a 3.8 GPA, was a peer mentor, and a tutor for the California Scholarship Federation (CSF). "
