Dominican offers a group retirement plan through TIAA-CREF. Eligible employees can contribute to the plan, up to the IRS annual limit, and eligible staff and faculty receive employer contributions of 3%, and up to an additional 5% match on employee dollars. We offer periodic financial and retirement planning workshops on campus to assist employees in planning for the future.
