My SL classes have pushed me to learn more, practice community engagement, and dive deeper into educating myself about social justice issues. Working with my community partner has definitely shaped my experience at Dominican and I have absolutely enjoyed working with the parents in the Digital Literacy Program. With the CASC minor, I can continue to learn and participate in community engagement. This will be beneficial for me as a future OT, as I will work with a variety of people, shaping me into the kind of OT I want to be.
