Evaluation of Service-Learners
Evaluation of Service-Learners
At the end of each semester, individual faculty require their students to attain a final evaluation from their community supervisor. This evaluation may be included as part of their student’s final grade.
Here is the process:
The link to the evaluation form is sent in late November for Fall semesters and in April for Spring semesters via email.
You will have about two (2) weeks to complete the evaluation through Google forms.
Once you hit submit, you and the service-learning student will receive a copy of your answers in PDF form.
That is it! The service-learning students will send their copy of the evaluations to their professor.
