The Open Enrollment Period is 11/4/2024 - 11/22/2024
Benefits Open Enrollment is a once-a-year opportunity to review your benefit choices, change plans, add or drop dependents, and enroll or re-enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts.
After Open Enrollment ends, you cannot change your benefit elections until the next Open Enrollment in November 2025 unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event.
Please make your selections by 5:00 pm on 11/22/2024.
Any changes made during Open Enrollment will be effective on January 1, 2025.

Step 1: To ask a question, utilize the Ask Benefits Help Desk ticket system.
Step 2: If you need to submit confidential information, please send an email to rx@domail.maricopa.edu and include your Help Desk Ticket number.
The best practice when sending personal information via email is password-protecting your document(s). Therefore, we are including instructions for both a PC and MAC on zipping and password-protecting your document(s) below.
Full installation instructions: From a computer (laptop or desktop), tablet, or a smartphone
Install 7zip on your personal PC device and then securely upload documents
Or install Izip on your personal MAC device and then securely upload documents
For help and support on technical issues, utilize the Ask HR Help Desk ticket system or contact AskHR@domail.maricopa.edu.
