The Institute of Environmental Governance Program or IEG is the strategic response to the over-increasing demand for capacity building LGU's.

This LoGoTRI-Philnet Accredited Program with four star rating caters to two levels. Level 1 shall be designed to serve the needs of Barangay Officials and Level 2 shall cater the needs of Municipal, City and Provincial Officials. 

Both levels will be housed in partner Academic Institutions.

Sea urchin is a marine echinoderm that has a spherical or flattened shell covered in mobile spines, with a mouth in the underside and calcareous jaws. Many species are harvested for food.
