I received my Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), Brazil, in 2017, under the supervision of Professor João Marcos Bezerra do Ó. After completing my doctorate, I held a postdoctoral research position at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG) from 2017 to 2019, where I worked under the guidance of Professor Edcarlos Domingos da Silva. In February 2019, I joined the Department of Mathematics at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), where I currently teach and conduct research in partial differential equations and nonlinear analysis.
My research focuses on the field of Partial Differential Equations (PDEs), with particular emphasis on the study of nonlinear elliptic equations and systems through variational and topological methods. My work investigates the existence, multiplicity, nonexistence, and qualitative properties of solutions to a wide range of local and nonlocal problems. I am especially interested in critical point theory, minimax methods, linking techniques, and concentration-compactness principles, as well as the interplay between nonlinear analysis and functional analysis. My current research includes singular and indefinite problems, critical growth phenomena, Schrödinger-type equations, and coupled elliptic systems, with the aim of developing new analytical techniques and advancing the understanding of nonlinear phenomena arising in mathematical physics and related areas.
