Q1. What time should we arrive at the venue?
Participants must arrive by 5:30 AM for attendance.
PKK students and participants must arrive by 7:00 AM for registration and attendance.
Q2. What time does the fun run start?
The pre-run program begins at 6:00 AM, followed by the run.
The PKK's pre-run program begins at 7:30 AM, followed by the run.
Q3. Where is the venue?
The event will be held at Vermosa Estate Hub, Imus, Cavite.
The fun run for PKK will be held at DLSZ Vermosa Campus.
Q4. What happens if we arrive late?
Latecomers may still run as long as they finish by 7:30 AM.
Latecomers for PKK may still run as long as they finish by 8:30 AM.
Q5. How long is the run?
The course is 3 kilometers for Grade 5 and Grade 12 participants, while the course for PKK participants is 500 meters.
Q6. Is it a race?
No, it is a non-competitive fun run. No awards for speed.
Q7. Can participants walk?
Yes! You can walk or run at your own pace.
Q8. Can younger siblings join?
Yes! Provided that they are at least 4 years old and above.
Q9. Who should pay the ₱600 fee?
Only non-student participants of Grades 5 and 12(e.g., parents, guardians, siblings at least 4 years old). Grades 5 and 12 DLSZ students are free.
Q10: Who should pay the P300 fee?
Only Non-student participants of Pre-Kinder and Kinder(e.g., parents, guardians, siblings at least 4 years old). Pre-K and Kinder DLSZ students are free.
Q11. How do we pay?
Via the Family Portal or Onsite at the DLSZ Finance Office, Alabang or Vermosa Campus.
Q12. Can we pay per person?
Please pay in one transaction for all accompanying participants.
Q13. What is the payment deadline?
Payment must be made between August 2 - September 4, 2026
Q13. Where do we sign in on the event day?
At the Registration Area, look for your child’s class section.
Q14. What if a student forgets to sign in?
They must submit proof/photo of attendance to their teacher.
Q15. When and who will claim the race kits?
On September 3 and 4, 2026
The Pre-Kinder, Kinder, Grades 5 and Grade 12 Students will be claiming the kits on behalf of the participants that will be joining them.
Q16. Can we run without a bib?
No. Race bibs are required to run and claim medals.
Q17. What happens if we lose our bib?
Lost bibs cannot be replaced. No bib = no run and no medal.
Q18. Who gets a medal?
Only registered participants who completed the run.
Q19. Can we get more than one medal?
No. 1 participant = 1 bib = 1 medal.
Q20. What if we finish the run but lose our bib?
Unfortunately, no bib = no medal.
Q21. Will there be medical assistance?
Yes, ambulance, medics, and marshals are stationed throughout the route.
Q22. Who do we approach in emergencies?
Look for the nearest marshal or medical personnel.
Q23. Is water available during the run?
Yes, there is a hydration station at 1.5KM and at the finish line.
Q24. Can we bring our own bottles?
Yes, reusable water bottles are encouraged!
Q25. How will we know where to go?
Marshals and signs will guide you. The route map is also on the Google Site.
Q26. What if we get lost?
Approach a marshal immediately for guidance.
Q27. What will the marshals wear?
They will be in Black Icons shirts (organizers).
Q28: Where can we park?
At Ayala Malls Vermosa. Additional Parking is at GRAVEL near Vermosa Sports Hub.
Q29. What does CLAYGO mean?
Clean As You Go – dispose of your own trash responsibly.
Q30. Are there trash bins?
Yes, this will be placed throughout the run and event area.
Q31. Can we bring eco-friendly gear?
Yes, bringing of reusable water bottles and bags is encouraged.
