My MLS says that I am cleared but animosys says I have a hold in the record. Where can I check this?
Check your clearance record in MLS and Animo.Sys
To view your clearance record in MLS, click View Clearance to check the hold/s on your record.
To view your clearance record in Animo.sys,
Under Self Service, click on the Student Center.
On the right, below Search for Classes, there is a Holds area. Click on each hold record. There should be one with a “Block All Enrollment Activity” hold type.
Coordinate with the office where you have a hold record with “Block All Enrollment Activity” hold type.
Once the concerned office removes the “Block All Enrollment Activity”, you will be able to enroll right away.
Coordinate with the department/s or office/s where you have uncleared record/s.
What do I do if my enrollment date is wrong in animosys?
Make sure to check that your grade follows the TGPA of TERM 2, AY2020-2021 and the DL Requirements, based on the schedule and guidelines.
If the schedule is wrong, kindly fill this out bit.ly/ITSReportFormAnimoSys bit.ly/OVPIA-T1-EnlistmentConcerns and click “am encountering the error ‘You do not have a valid enrollment appointment at this time’”
