IEnspire: 𝙆𝙖𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙮 with 𝙆𝙖𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙮 meaning being by someone’s side, is ultimately a webinar that aims to motivate and uplift Lasallians, not only from the IE community but also those from all across the university, and to give them a breather from the stress and problems that they currently experience. The event seeks to act as an avenue of optimism, motivation and inspiration for everyone who attends, and hopes to provide assurance that there will always be help for those who seek it.

In the interest of shedding light on the success of women despite existing struggles, KababaIEhan: InhinIEra Para sa Bayan which consists of a series of talks from distinct speakers is held. It is hoped that hearing about women’s experience in the field first-hand will inspire the target audience to excel and motivate them to overcome their own challenges. The event is mainly targeted towards engineering students in the university in order to further strengthen their passion for the course. This will also pave way for the IE community and institution to always strive for equality and combat discrimination against women.

IECON 2022 is a 2-day event that will be held on June 3-4, 2022 via Facebook Live, where it is expected to be broadcasted to over 2,500 national and international participants, including students, faculty members, and professionals. The event will feature distinguished entrepreneurs and experts in established fields such as Supply Chain and Manufacturing, and other booming industries and notable topics such as Technology, Business Sustainability, and other diverse industries relatively new to the Industrial Engineering field. It will serve as an avenue and platform for the participants to learn and grasp more about Industrial Engineering, specifically on the topics of technology and sustainability in businesses through distinguished and established professionals as the speakers.

Given the diverse and successful industries in the country, it has been challenging for individuals to identify which path will help them grow professionally. With this, IECON 2022: Pioneering What’s Next aims to showcase how versatile Industrial Engineers are, particularly, how they can adapt and flourish in the varying industries it offers to the community. Additionally, it advocates helping individuals maximize their full potential in different sectors by allowing them to improve, thrive, and conquer in diverse industries.
