Registration Guidelines

1. The DLSU ARCHERS 2026 will be held on March 27 and 28, 2026, in a hybrid setup, with the theme: “Teaching for Sustainable Futures: Empowering Educators for Holistic Innovation and Global Citizenship.”

2. The event’s in-person activities will be hosted at the Enrique K. Razon Jr. Hall, at the De La Salle University - Laguna Campus.

3. The DLSU Archers Congress will showcase innovative ideas, research, theories, comprehensive teaching strategies, and collaborations that promote sustainable futures, integrate AI, and foster global citizenship.

4. The deadline for participant and presenter registration is March 20, 2026. Participant and Presenter registration can be accessed through this link and/or QR.

5. Early registrants will be awarded tokens of appreciation.

6. The following non-refundable REGISTRATION FEES will be collected from the respective participants/presenters:

Type of Registration Face-to-Face Online

• Participant- ₱3,500.00 ₱1,500.00

• Presenter-₱4,000.00 ₱2,000.00

7. Kindly pay via online bank transfer or over-the-counter deposit. Please refer to the following details:

8. For face-to-face participants and presenters, the registration fee is inclusive of the following:

• AM and PM snacks for two days

• Breakfast and lunch meals for two days

• Conference Kit

10. Participants will receive a confirmation email once registration is VERIFIED. Only those

whose names appear on the official registration sheet shall be considered Registered Participants.

11. To protect the privacy and security of participants, the organizers WILL NOT

accommodate on-the-spot registration.

12. In preparation for the research congress, participants shall provide the following information: complete name, email address, affiliation, designation, photo, and contact

number.
