To ensure a smooth and organized experience, please take note of the following instructions regarding your arrival and participation at the conference venue:

1. Venue Details:

Address: 2401 Taft Avenue, Manila 1004
Date & Time: March 3 -4, 2025 (0800-1700)

  Please enter by the Henry Sy Gate - Gate 2 (North). See the Campus Map below.

2. Arrival & Registration:

  Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the event starts to allow time for registration and seating.
  Registration: Upon arrival, proceed to the registration desk and receive your event kits.
     Identification: Kindly bring a valid ID or confirmation email for verification.

3. Transportation & Parking:

Parking: Please note that no parking will be provided by the organizers. Attendees are encouraged to arrange alternative parking nearby.
Public Transport: Jeepneys, buses, Metro Rail and Light Rail Transit (MRT/LRT), P2P (Point-to-Point) Buses, UV Express Vans, Taxis, Tricycles & Motorcycles, Grab, Joyride, Angkas, Move It

4. Event Guidelines:

  Seating: Please be seated 5 minutes before the session begins.
  Mobile Phones: Keep phones on silent mode during sessions.
  Networking: Designated networking areas will be available during breaks. We kindly ask all attendees    to remain in designated areas and avoid lingering in hallways, entryways, or restricted spaces to ensure   a smooth flow of movement and a comfortable experience for everyone.
