Submission Guidelines: 

1. Submissions must be in any of the following genres listed below:

   • PAINTING: at least three (3) to five (5) works done either wet or dry media, all works must be compiled and presented into one portfolio (PDF file) with an artist profile, title of the artwork/s, medium, size, and year of completion for each artwork.

   • DIGITAL ART: JPEG format of the design rendered in 300 dpi/ppi and RGB mode with the title as the file name.

2. Works must be original and currently owned by the artist. Commissioned and sold artworks are not accepted.

3. Submissions must follow the file name format: Genre_Artist’s Last Name in the indicated file extension for the genre.

4. Submissions must be received on or before June 20, 2025. 

5. Students may submit multiple entries in different genres. However, a student will only be allowed to participate in one workshop under one genre and entry.
