For two (2) installment payments, 2nd month pay is due on or before Midterm.
For three (3) installment payments, 3rd month pay is due on or before the final week.

Are discounts into tuition and fees already reflected in the Term 1 assessment?
Yes, 20% discount in Term 1 tuition fees have already been reflected in the assessment. Currently, laboratory fees are already applied to courses that are laboratory-based. Other discounted fees are also reflected in the assessment.
Is there a facility to pay online without the need to go to the bank and pay over the counter?
Aside from paying via over the counter at Metrobank, Unionbank and UCPB branches, payment may also be made online through the following Unionbank channels:
a) Online payment using credit card powered by VISA and Mastercard
b) Online payment using debit card (savings) powered by VISA and Mastercard
c) Online payment using Dragonpay
How will we get a copy of our official receipt if students are not allowed to go to campus?
The original print copy of OR shall be released to student once office resumes to normalcy. There shall be a system to inform the student about the assigned OR for collections received. Likewise, student may be informed of this via email.
I still have T3 balance and enrolled for T1, until when will I be allowed to settle my balance?
You may settle your T3 balance before the enlistment period for the next term. FAO announces the specific deadline for this through an HDA in order to prevent you from having a clearance hold.
Will I not be allowed to enroll for T1, AY 21–22, if I still have unsettled fees for T3?
Yes, you are allowed to enroll for T1, AY 21-22 even with unsettled fees for T3, AY 20-21 but you should be settled for T2, AY 20-21.
If I drop starting after Week 2, can i still get refund?
If student opts to drop after Week 2, student will no longer get any refund. Below are the policies on refund based on the Student Handbook:
100% - dropping before week 1
90% - dropping during week 1
80% - dropping during week 2
0% - dropping after week 2
How are rebates for Term 2 be given to the students?
Students are allowed to drop their courses until Week 4 of the term as indicated in the Student Handbook.
If I enrolled online and opted to file for Leave of Absence for Term 3, will I be allowed? Until when can I file for LOA this term?
For Term 1, AY 21-22, students can file for Leave of Absence until Week 9 of the term as stated in the OUR HDA Announcement.
What is the procedure for filing Leave of Absence?
Due to the current limited campus access, students may follow the LOA procedures as announced via HDA:

Medical certificates with a clear contact number of attending physicians [with email validation from HSO and OCCS (for mental health concerns)] is required.

OUR will coordinate with the Offices below for the endorsement of an application, student to ensure that any clearance hold is settled before filing application.

A response receipt shall be sent to the student.
Once endorsed by the above offices are complete the LOA request shall be for final review and decision of the OUR.
Once approved the student will be duly advised on the status of the request through email not later than 2 weeks after the submission of application.
Following the LOA policy, student may be on leave for a maximum of two (2) terms only. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that all necessary forms and documents must be submitted, thus, incomplete application will not be processed.
During enrollment, in case of technical problems with my My.LaSalle and Animo.sys accounts, which office will I contact or coordinate with?

I want to go back to DLSU as a returnee, how can I apply?
Returnee students can directly coordinate with the College/School Academic Programming Officer for academic advising.

Can I still enroll if I was not able to pre-enlist?
Students who missed the pre-enlistment last May 20-25, will still be able to enroll online as long as students were enrolled the previous term.
