Xello is an engaging college and career readiness software that unlocks every student's potential by opening their eyes to future possibilities and equipping them for what they choose for their future. All EHS students are given access to Xello, not only for their 4 years at EHS, but even beyond. In addition, the counselors go into classrooms twice/year to work with students on college and career planning through Xello.
Built with thousands of hours of research with educators, Xello puts students at the heart of their journey of self-discovery. Students explore hundreds of career and college options that align with their assessment results. Engaging content and real-world interviews provide an authentic glimpse into their future and the critical knowledge to make informed decisions and plans.

School counselors recognize that each student, regardless of background, possesses unique interests, abilities, and goals, which will lead to future opportunities. Collaborating with students, families, educational staff, and the community, the school counselor works to ensure all students select a post-secondary path to productive citizenry (e.g. military, career technical certificate, or two-/four-year degree program) appropriate for the student. -ASCA
