Final Meeting

Our full strategic planning team met virtually for our Final Meeting on Monday, February 27th.   

During the meeting our team focused on reviewing and revising the draft of the mission statement, portraits, and strategic plan goals based on stakeholder feedback. The team reviewed all stakeholder feedback.  Over 90 percent of stakeholders responding to the survey supported the mission, portraits and plan goals.

After reviewing the feedback, the team made modifications to the plan where trends of stakeholder feedback indicated that revisions would reflect the feedback.  The updated draft plan can be viewed here.

There are a few items that we think require a little more revision per the feedback that we received.  To address that feedback, we will pull the Core Strategic Planning Team together to meet on Tuesday, April 4th.  We plan to bring the plan back to the Board for approval in April.
