What will remote learning look like.

For most students, remote learning will have the following aspects:

  • Teachers will post weekly assignments and a weekly schedule.

  • Teachers will provide real-time instruction using video conferencing tools four days a week.

  • In addition to real-time instruction, students will be required to login five days a week to complete assignments and interact with their peers.

  • Daily “attendance” will be taken and recorded;

  • Grading of assignments, projects, and assessments will resume.

  • A block schedule for middle and high school students will ensure students can complete required credits by the end of the year while avoiding "Zoom" fatigue.
