About the Director

Steve Wolfgram

I graduated from Washington HS in Germantown, WI, making me an all-out Cheesehead. I have my bachelors degree from Valparaiso University and masters from Northern Illinois. I have worked in St. Charles, IL and Deerfield Beach, FL early in my career. After that, I spent 22 years at Rockford Lutheran HS teaching band, choir and algebra and 6 years at Boylan Catholic HS, teaching band, piano and guitar. I have also been the musical director at Starlight Theater at Rock Valley College for ten years.

I am currently living in Rockford with my wife Libby, daughter Kathryn and twin boys Benjamin and Ryan. We enjoy traveling and cheering on Wisconsin sports teams.
