MHS Course Selections: We will be having the guidance counselors from Mundelein High School visit us next Thursday, December 11th to help all of our 8th grade students select their classes next year. This will be from 8:30-10:00am and your child has received a 10 minute time slot that has been shared with them in their 8th grade Google Classroom. We encourage families to stop by and join them if you are able. Please contact the Main Office if you have any questions.
Wrestling: Once again we will be partnering with Carl Sandburg Middle School for wrestling this year. Practices will begin next Monday, December 8th, in our WOIS gym. All students 5th-8th grade are welcome and practices will be Monday-Thursday from 3:30-5:00pm. A current sports physical and all necessary paperwork is required to participate.
Birthday Treats: In order to have a uniform policy, we as a district have decided that students would NOT be allowed to bring in birthday treats to distribute to their classmates. Please contact the Main Office if you have any questions.
Bus Bulletin: Please sign up for bus bulletin notifications through Lakeside Transportation. By doing this, you will be notified if buses are running behind schedule. Click the link here to ensure you know when your bus is running late.
SHS Language Placement: Incoming freshmen interested in taking a language other than Spanish (Chinese, French, German, Hebrew, or Latin) must complete Stevenson High School’s online placement exam on Saturday, December 13. Spanish placement testing for Sender students will be administered by their current Spanish teachers in November and December 2025.
