Before You Start

Space: Make sure you have at least 5-10 feet around the vehicle so you can capture images from all angles.

Instructions: Follow the on-screen guidance. Be sure to fit the vehicle inside the provided cages (white outlines) as closely as possible.

Signal Strength: Make sure you have a good connection. If connected to WIFI but you have weak connectivity, it may impact the speed of the capture process. Disable WIFI and use your cellular data to complete the inspection.

Interrupted? If you get interrupted during the Capture session (e.g. by a phone call or email), return to the original text message invite, click on the link and then click the green "GET STARTED" button again and it will pick up where you left off.
