This coaching practice exists to offer something that can be surprisingly hard to find: a calm, unhurried space to think.
Not to be fixed. Not to be told what to do. Not to be rushed toward a solution before you've had a chance to breathe.
A space for reflection, clarity, and agency — held with care, honesty, and genuine respect for where you are and what you're carrying.
I work as a coach—not a therapist, counsellor, medical practitioner, or legal advisor.
My role is to hold a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can think clearly, explore complexity, name what often goes unspoken, and make informed choices at your own pace. The thinking is yours. I'm here to make it easier.
Sessions take place virtually, using accessible video-call platforms or WhatsApp — whichever works best for you.
I don't provide medical, clinical, or labour-relations advice. What I do offer is support for reflective decision-making, finding the language for your experience, and reconnecting with your own self-trust during periods of change.
I bring decades of experience working alongside people with disabilities, families, workplaces, organisations, and public systems.
That experience shapes how I listen, the questions I ask, and how I hold complexity, without turning the coaching space into advice-giving, advocacy, or instruction. There's a difference, and it matters.
Confidentiality is foundational here. What you share in our conversations is held with care, discretion, and respect. This is a space where you can speak honestly, without fear of judgment or exposure.
People often describe working with me as steady, respectful, and relieving. A place where they can slow down, think more clearly, and feel a little less alone in what they're navigating.
This coaching is:
Reflective and person-centred
Grounded in dignity and agency
Attentive to context, power, and lived experience
Paced to suit you
This coaching is not:
Therapy or counselling
Medical or clinical guidance
Legal or labour-relations support
Crisis or emergency intervention
Accessibility is taken seriously in my space. Reasonable accommodations are in place to ensure you can participate meaningfully in sessions.
Coaching is offered in English and Afrikaans. If you need interpretation into another language, you're welcome to arrange your own interpreter.
This is paid coaching work, and it requires a genuine willingness to invest time, energy, and resources in yourself.
I hold that boundary with care, and with full awareness of the economic pressures many people with disabilities, families, and practitioners are navigating. Keeping this clear keeps the coaching relationship ethical, respectful, and sustainable for both of us.
If this approach feels right, you're welcome to find out whether we're a good fit.
