I work with a wide range of partners across disability inclusion and social change — including organisations of persons with disabilities, civil society organisations, governments, development partners, and organisational leaders.
Because my work is relational, context-specific, and often situated within complex systems, I am intentional about how collaborations begin and how they are shaped.
You may find this work helpful if you are:
navigating disability inclusion within complex institutional, political, or organisational contexts
seeking support to move from policy commitments to implementation and accountability
carrying responsibility for advocacy, coordination, or leadership and needing a thinking partner
working across difference, power, or mistrust and wanting to strengthen dialogue and alignment
looking for grounded, ethical support rather than quick technical fixes
I work best with individuals and organisations who are willing to engage thoughtfully, reflect on their context, and approach collaboration as a shared process rather than a transaction.
This work also includes organisational and corporate partnerships, collaboration with DEIB, and transformation practices that advance disability inclusion in workplace and governance contexts. Further detail is available on the Corporate and DEIB Partnerships page.
Most collaborations begin with a short, focused conversation to explore what is currently feeling most pressing or stuck. From there, we agree on a defined piece of work, whether advisory support, facilitation, strategic reflection, or a diagnostic process, with clarity on scope, roles, and expectations.
This approach helps ensure that the work is purposeful, respectful of time and labour, and aligned with the realities of the context.
I do not offer open-ended exploratory work or informal diagnostics without an agreed scope. This is important for protecting the quality of the work and the well-being of everyone involved.
My practice is grounded in collaboration, respect for self-representation, and ethical engagement. Where possible, I partner with and create opportunities for consultants with disabilities to lead or co-lead work, thereby contributing to a stronger, more sustainable disability-inclusion ecosystem.
I am transparent about what I can offer, and equally clear about what sits outside my role. This clarity helps collaborations start well and remain constructive.
Additional background material and profiles are shared once the context and purpose are clear.
