Dual Enrollment

College Credit Opportunities

What is Dual Enrollment (DE)?

Dual Enrollment allows the Community College campus to form a partnership with local K-12 districts that enables high school students (9th to 12th) to take a college class at their high school for college credit. The high school student will be awarded both college credits and high school credit for the single course. Students are eligible for Dual Enrollment provided they complete the admission application online and have approval from the high school principal or their designee.

What is High School Enrichment (HSE)?

High school students in the 11th and 12th grades who can benefit from advanced scholastic or vocational work may be eligible to enroll in college courses and receive college credit through the High School Enrichment Program (HSE), if their high school is participating in the college program. Effective Fall 2008, tuition is waived for students participating in the HSE Program.
