DMS Sixth/Seventh Grade Students & Parents,

After a pleasant summer of travel and an overabundance of memory making moments with family and friends, it's time to resume daily structure and the mode of learning!  I’m honored to be a part of this community's educational foundation and will do my best to ensure optimal learning is provided for students each day.

This will be my 24th year as an educator. I grew up and attended school (K-12) in Twin Bridges and then attained a bachelor’s degree from MSUB and later a master’s degree. Teaching children from this small community is truly a privilege as it is one of the best schools in Montana, continually known for producing successful leaders, distinguished learners and exemplary athletes.

The first few days of school will be spent going over classroom and school procedures and expectations, all of which can be found in the student planners. In addition to discussing the structure for new and returning students, we will also be practicing emergency drills and cafeteria, playground, and hallway behavior expectations.
