The comparison between Pre-Test and Post-Test scores clearly confirms the significant success of the A.G.I.L.E for GAD CapDev. Across all nine measured competencies, participants moved from a moderate confidence level to a state of high competency. The overall average score for system proficiency increased substantially from 2.90 before the training, to 4.37 afterwards, demonstrating that the training successfully achieved its goal.
The training was most effective at establishing conceptual understanding (general purpose and functions of the system), which saw the greatest improvement.Â
Before the training, participants showed the lowest confidence in "Editing" (starting at 2.74), but the training successfully boosted these scores to the high 4s, confirming the effectiveness of the practical sessions. Likewise, the same competency stays as the lowest amongst others, and may require more focus on succeeding activities.
