1. Select a topic from the list here and schedule an in-person workshop.

2. Keep a record of participation data using a sign-in sheet or something similar.

3. Use this media release if you plan to take photos (please send them to connectedlearning@digitunity.org).

4. AT&T would like to collect participant and facilitator feedback using the surveys linked below.

5. Submit this workshop reporting form as soon as possible (see reporting deadlines here).

* The participant survey is not mandatory but the participant survey completion rate should reflect the majority of the learners you engage with. AT&T uses survey data to improve program materials and reports aggregate data in its Environmental, Social, and Governance reporting.
