Program Overview

Participating organizations will receive a stipend of $400 

after completing a minimum of 3 workshops to a minimum of 55 learners overall.

Workshop requirements

1. Select from the list of available courses and schedule in-person workshops.

2. Workshops dates must reported to Digitunity at least three weeks prior to scheduled date using this scheduler template. 

3. A ratio of one (1) computer for every one (1) learner is mandatory. 

4. All workshop must be led by trained facilitators. (Training is available. Please contact us at connectedlearning@digitunity.org)

5. Facilitator must complete the facilitator survey.

6. Participants must complete the participant survey.†

7. Submit workshop data through the workshop reporting form not less than three business days after the completion of a workshop. 

*Due to a change in AT&T's reporting process we are unable to be flexible with reporting deadlines.

8. Submit MONTHLY workshops data through the Program Monthly Workshop Data Submission Form by the 5th of each month for the previous month. (Data submission forms are required each month even if no workshops were held)

† The participant survey does not require any identifying information, but will include an option to provide a testimonial, with first name and last initial required. All participating organizations must to submit a minimum of 4 testimonials with photos prior to the end of the program as a requirement to receive stipend funds. AT&T uses survey data to improve program materials and reports aggregate data in its Environmental, Social, and Governance reporting.
