Students spend time interning in the kitchen and Next Level Cafe Students receive training for positions within the cafeteria. They prepare food, dish washing, and keeping the kitchen area cleaned.
Students spend their time learning how to maintain a garden. Students are taught how to grow plants, what plants do well in the environment, and how to take care of the garden.
