COMMON ERROR MESSAGES WHEN INSTALLING THE DIGITAL CERTIFICATES
What to do: Do not use Google Chrome. Use Firefox with ESR Version. After installing the ESR Version of Mozilla Firefox, do not forget to restart the browser before accessing the site and requesting certificate.
This personal certificate can't be installed because you do not own the corresponding private key which was created when the certificate was requested
What to do: Usually, this happens when the user enrolls for a certificate using different computer or different browser. The rule is, you should use same computer and same browser when downloading and enrolling for certificate.
What to do: Just click the “Retrieve your password here” on the SSP login page. Enter your username and the security code. The system will email you with your password at the email address that was assigned for your account.
