1) Applicant sends scanned Accomplished PNPKI Application form and requirements to email mc2.support.pnpki@dict.gov.ph
Subject format of application: Office_LastName_Application
Sample: DOH Dela Cruz Application, or LGU Velez Application
2) Applicant registers via this registration link on the same day they sent their requirements via email.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Accomplished Application Form
- TIN
- UMID or 2 acceptable Government Issued ID based on BSP Circular No. 608 s2008
- Passport-sized photo taken within the last 6 months
- Phone Number
- Work Email Address
- Birth Certificate (Passport in the absence of a Birth Certificate)

1) Our PKI verifiers will be contacting you to schedule an online face to face verification.
2) Once your application is successfully verified, you will receive your PNPKI Certificate Download from the same email support within 3-7 days from verification.
